From the very first contact to the last light-fitting going live, the service was second to none. Ellis rewired our whole house, but we couldn't move out to have the work done, so he gave us a plan of which rooms and areas he would work on each day so that we could clear that area. He made sure that essential services (fridge, freezer and hot water or shower) always had power and he kept us fully informed of all the work.
